By making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure your passport has at least six months of validity from your return date. The first and last name provided at the time of booking must match exactly as shown on your passport. Any difference may result in additional fees or the need to cancel and rebook your ticket. Name changes are subject to amendment fees and, in some cases, full rebooking charges. Please check your visa requirements and passport status before you travel, including any transit stops along the way. We do not offer visa advice or assist with visa applications for any country. Make sure all your travel documents are in order to avoid last-minute issues.
Airfares shown are not guaranteed until your ticket is fully paid and issued. Airlines can change, cancel, or update fares at any time before your booking is finalized. Johal Travel is not responsible for any flight cancellations, schedule changes, or service issues caused by airlines or any third-party providers. We are also not liable for any baggage delays, losses, or damages, or for any in-flight services during your journey. If you experience any of these problems, you will need to contact the airline directly. Frequent-flyer programs are managed by the airlines, and the rules for earning or using points depend on the fare, travel distance, or money spent. Johal Travel is not involved in any frequent flyer redemptions or issues—these must also be handled directly with the airline. Please check and confirm the baggage allowance on your booked fare, before ticket confirmation. Baggage allowance varies from airline to airline and booking class.
All cancellations are subject to the airline’s terms and conditions. Once your booking is confirmed, cancelling any part of your flight will attract a minimum cancellation fee of AUD 130 per person, charged by Johal Travel, along with a consolidator or supplier fee of AUD 25, plus any fees charged by the airline. These fees may change depending on the airline and how complex the refund process is. Tickets for infants are always non-refundable, no matter the reason. Domestic flights and tickets booked with low-cost carriers cannot be changed or refunded. If your flight is cancelled or rescheduled by the airline, a reduced cancellation fee of AUD 50 per person applies, along with any airline-imposed charges. In some cases, cancellation or supplier fees can go up to AUD 250 depending on the complexity of your ticket. If you need to make changes to a ticket, such as a new travel date, a reissue fee of AUD 70 will apply, plus a supplier/consolidator fee of AUD 25 and any fare or tax differences required by the airline. If you’ve already started travelling and your ticket needs to be changed, airlines may add more charges, including fees according to their ticket policy . Reissue fees in such cases may also rise up to AUD 250. If you choose to pay by credit card, surcharges will apply. By paying with a credit card, you agree not to request a refund of these surcharges from Johal Travel under any circumstances.
It is your responsibility to contact the airline before your flight to make sure there have been no changes to the departure time. While we may receive updates about schedule changes, we are not responsible for any costs or problems if you haven’t confirmed your flight details directly with the airline. If fare includes Stopover Paid by Carrier or free hotel accommodation in a transit country, it is still subject to airline confirmation. Johal Travel will not be responsible if the hotel booking is not confirmed, even during long layovers. We strongly suggest you double-check your flight times, layover duration, and visa requirements for any transit countries before you travel. Johal Travel also highly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself from unexpected issues during your trip.
